A White Easter

Ok, I woke up this morning to find that a huge winter storm had hit during the night . . . and it was still snowing. Now, just a few days ago I was walking around in sandals and a t-shirt. Anyone else see something wrong with this picture? In a couple of days it will be Easter, and it looks like we'll be having a white one. Is this some sort of cosmic joke? An attempt to make up for our green Christmas? We have so much snow here at the University they actually cancelled evening classes. Walking outside is like walking through a war zone--dangerous terrain and the possibility of having something fall on your head at any time (especially around buildings like the HC and when walking beneath the trees that are so plentiful in the Fort Douglas area). What ever happened to Spring?
